I have noticed the issue both on the Windows 10 PC at work, and on the machine I test Windows vNext LTSC. it seems I can change file associations properly when I enter each one of Pale Moon entries in the section, regardless. The program is listed there three times, not just once. On Settings, Default Apps, Change Default by App, on the user that Pale Moon browser was installed from. I have noticed an issue regarding the Pale Moon web browser, installed into Windows.
